Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Security Supervisor at Four A Square in Alexandria, Egypt. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations, implementing security policies and procedures, conducting regular patrols, and managing a team of security staff. Additionally, the Security Supervisor will be in charge of ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Operations Management
- Experience in Physical Security and Customer Service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Previous experience in a security-related role is preferred
- Certification in security management is a plus
