Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager at an Arabian Fried Chicken Restaurant. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain food & beverage quality. Responsibilities also include handling customer service, communication, and hiring tasks within the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Hiring and Communication
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
- Culinary or hospitality certification is desirable
