Overview
- Implement sales & marketing strategies to showcase Egyptian qualified goods to Holcim countries.
- Manage the operational and transactional procurement, Logistics, Sales, Legal, Reporting & performance for Lafarge
- Import & export, covering all global sourcing requests to get the highest cost benefit deals for LCE and cost-savings for countries interested in Egyptian goods..
Responsibilities:
1-Health & Safety:
- Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.
2-Functional:
- Manage Procurement activities of the company in accordance with the sourcing strategy, as well as applicable policies, procedures and specifications to deliver benefits to the company and reduce total cost.
- Creating and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Manage selected category spends elements with close collaboration with the category manager and the requesters cross-functionally.
- Manage the day to day P2P operation in a state of the art mode, to ensure compliance and the highest level of controls.
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
- On time performance of the P2P tasks, in line with the internal control requirements.
- Provide and Manage reports and analysis in a country level within Lafarge import & export requirements.
- Identify the initiatives, projects and sales opportunities that support the sales annual targets, to ensure creation of stakeholder’s value.
- Plan Lafarge import & export Sales & marketing strategy.
- Manage Lafarge Import & export daily sales activities & plan implementation
- Define margins for each (to be sold) item for all AMEA countries.
- Benchmark global logistics costs to define Egypt’s cost advantage for each deal.
- Manage outbound logistics ensuring on time safe delivery of products to customers.
- Manage Legal activities needed with the legal team.
- Manage SAP implementation activities & coordination with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Tax & Regional IT team.
- Introduce new potential suppliers/contractors in the market with efficient alternatives.
- Align internal & external decision makers through focused communication.
- Managing & developing the Global Sourcing team members.

- 5 years in a technically related job preferably to be as procurement.
