Plan the understanding phase as a part of preparing the risk assessment plan through interviews, questionnaires, process mapping and data analysis. Participate in performing the documentation of processes mapping and evaluate the processes effectiveness Assuring the alignment of the strategic Audit plan with the annual audit plan to be approved by the Internal Audit manager and senior management. Assuring the compliance with the annual audit plan in terms of budget and time frame and communicate the variances with Internal Audit management For a variety of audits conducted, determine the audit objectives and the audit work plans needed to ascertain the extent of compliance with applicable laws, established policies and identified work standards & processes. That by using questionnaires, data analysis, statistical sampling and interviews Evaluate the appropriateness of accounting methods and the effectiveness of internal and management controls Prepare draft Audit Reports, recommended improvements in efficiency , effectiveness and financial controls , finally discuss it with the Internal Audit management Participate in Management discussions where needed regarding final recommendation to ensure compliance is considered while implementing those recommendations and providing with relevant information for proper implementation Assist the Internal Audit Management in preparation of materials and presentations Perform and supervise staff to conduct all assignments may be part of Internal audit responsibilities including contract & pre-contract audit, Investigations, studies, etc…Customer Centricity Ensures those teams members create a positive internal customer experience and related touch points. Innovation Collaborate with team members to enhance existing workflows / systems and help them to develop new innovative processes and propositions/products/services. Operational Excellence Encourages others to take responsibility—Provides encouragement and support to others in accepting responsibility and high quality efficient delivery.
