Strategy
• Manage, review, analyze and report Project implementation, including the proper interpretation and implementation of the administrative requirements of the Prime Contract Documents with the Client and subcontractors while ensuring Client and Subcontractor compliance with project Technical specifications.
Operations
• coordinate with project parties (owner/consultant/end user/suppliers) to achieve the approval of the project equipment/materials with optimum design as per technical specifications.
• Schedule, develop materials for, and execute project pre-job planning meetings.  
• Develop, maintain, and distribute project schedule to field, office, and customer personnel throughout the course of the project. 
• Schedule and hold coordination meetings with field personnel to update project schedules and communicate progress to the customer & PMO. 
• Create and manage the schedule of values for the project. This schedule of values will be utilized to calculate project percent complete, evaluate labor productivity, and communicate required invoicing to the financial department.
• Identify and acquire change orders based upon changes in scope throughout the project life-cycle.
• Strategize, develop and assist with negotiation of requests for equitable adjustment and Claims.
• Prepare site specific construction plans, work order packages, job-walks, contractor interface and engineering assessments.

• Solid understanding for the equipment and components of the electrical substation including not limited to (Power Transformers, GIS, MV Switchgears, Protection system, ...etc.).
• Complete Risk Management through the risk identification, Risk assessment, Monitor and trace the mitigation plans.
• Forecast project financial performance to accounting group on regular intervals through the project lifecycle.
• Proper management of the Project Closing Phase including (technical closing and handover, team clearance, De-Mobilization, Subcontractors agreement closing, Project management project closure documents)
• Conduct project post-job reviews to identify lessons learned, highlight marketing opportunities, and adjust estimating units for future project bidding.
