Participate in the full recruitment cycle of all Magrabi Hospitals and Centers' group in gulf region manpower needs whether Medical, Nursing, Other Health Professionals (OHP) or Administrative.

Job Duties:
- Support all Magrabi Hospitals and Centers employment, recruitment, placement, and transfer programs in compliance with MHC Strategic Plans and the current laws & regulations.
- Participate in job fairs, college recruitment drives and open-house opportunities for applicants.
- Administer the advertising, media and approaches to employment advertising.
- Coordinates with employment agencies to locate candidates for Executive and unusual positions.
- Identify effective recruitment channels and leveraging them to source high-caliber candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screening & interviews arrangements for shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare employment offer letters & contracts of selected candidates.
- Coordinate end-to-end hiring process including the international visa process, Iqama transfer OR GOSI enrollment for new staff.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Perform other duties as required/directe
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment field.
- Fluency in both Arabic & English and computer skills are a MUST.
