Job Description:

• Needs Assessment: Listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, handling payments and returns.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related products to enhance the customer experience.
• Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the kiosk or store, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Customer Follow-Up: Reach out to customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive team environment.
• Inventory Management: Help with inventory checks and restocking products as needed.
