Responsible for all finishing works and maintains high-quality standards.
• Carries out technical supervision of ongoing Finishing work at all stages.
• Coordinates with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of work
• Coordinates between the clients and different workshops.
• Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
• Responsible for the procurement plan.
• Responsible for site daily operations.
• Performs weekly & monthly reports.
• Provide architectural solutions.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinating the different finishing site activities in the project
• Managing site to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).
• Doing quality control checks for site works on a periodic basis.
• Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/architecture/ fine arts• Residential and commercial experience background• Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs and coordination with MEP• Excellent attention to details and accuracy.• Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.• Time management and project skills required to undertake multiple projects.
