- Create new sales leads in new markets
- Follow up on existing customer to increase sales volume
- Manage the transaction starting from sending the quotation, receiving the purchase order and agreeing on the price and supply date
- Follow the market change and competitors
- Keep record of sales trends
- Liaise with team to develop specific sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
Proven work experience as a Export Sales Manager (Preferably in medical / Pharmaceutical field)At least 7 years experience as Export Sales SpecialistUnderstanding of logistics, export and insuranceStrong understanding of email marketing and lead generations strategiesProficiency with MS Office SuiteProficiency in speaking and writing EnglishIn-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent communication skillsAnalytical and multitasking skillsTeamwork and motivational skillsBS degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or associates degree in relevant field a plus
