We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Academic Head** to lead the development of our K-3 curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood education, particularly in Montessori methods, and be passionate about creating learning experiences that promote holistic development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and oversee the development of K-3 curriculum content, ensuring alignment with Montessori philosophy and international education standards.

- Collaborate with the content development team to create age-appropriate, hands-on materials, lesson plans, and digital content.

- Ensure that our curriculum is engaging, interactive, and promotes inquiry-based learning and independent thinking.

- Work closely with schools to ensure the program meets their specific needs and adapts to various learning environments.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and Montessori methods to integrate innovative practices into our programs.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to teachers and school administrators, offering professional development and training support when necessary.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the curriculum and represent Labinah at educational conferences and exhibitions.

Skills

- Montessori Certification (AMI/AMS) or equivalent experience in Montessori-based education.

- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or curriculum development role.

- Proven experience developing or managing K-3 curriculum, ideally in a publishing or educational content development environment.

- Strong knowledge of inquiry-based and hands-on learning approaches.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
