Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.Minimum 6-8 years of accounting experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in paints or related industries.Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
