Responsible for:
- Handling complete interior design projects from design to execution.
- Preparing as-built and shop drawings.
- Preparing 3D Interior design models.
- Conceptual design, using presentation and visualization programs.
- Undertaking a variety of space designing projects.
- Dealing with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
- Communicating regularly with clients.
- Supervise the execution team on the site to develop and execute appropriate design solutions per project to fulfill clients' requirements.
- Preparing space planning studies, plans, elevations, and perspectives as required using 2D and 3D software.
- Acting as a technical adviser on site, checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations; ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at the site.
Establish and maintain positive communication and good relationships with other departments and teams.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Must have a previous Design portfolio including 3D rendering.Required 2–4 experience years.Confidence in leading all aspects of the design process as a Project Leader.High skills in digital software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and MS Office.Excellent communication skills.
