The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our on-site personnel to create aesthetically appealing and functional spaces, aligned with our brand vision. This role involves developing design concepts, selecting furniture and décor, and ensuring smooth project coordination with local suppliers through remote collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

• Create detailed design concepts, including mood boards, layouts, color schemes, and material selections for furnished holiday homes.
• Provide 2D/3D visualizations of the proposed design to ensure clarity of ideas.

Furniture and Décor Selection:

• Research and recommend furniture, décor, lighting, and accessories aligned with the design concept.
• Coordinate remotely with local suppliers in Dubai for sourcing materials and products.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel in Dubai to inspect and select furniture and materials physically.

Project Coordination:

• Work closely with the Dubai-based personnel to ensure smooth execution of the design, from selection to installation.
• Provide guidance on furniture placement, space optimization, and overall layout during furnishing.

Budget and Timeline Management:

• Assist in adhering to budget constraints and recommending cost-effective solutions for furnishings.
• Ensure the project stays on schedule by maintaining regular communication with the on-site team.

Remote Communication and Collaboration:

• Maintain regular video calls and meetings to review design progress and ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
• Use collaborative tools (email, video calls, design software) for seamless communication with the team.

Work Hours:

• Part-time (Flexible hours, approximately 15-20 hours per week).
• Must be available for periodic virtual meetings with the Dubai-based team during business hours.
