- Receive process and deliver shipments to the clients, ensuring smooth and friendly Customer Service Experience is offered.
- Answer Walk-in Customer inquiries related to product and service.
- Organizes workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Co-operates with internal departments to resolve routine issues.
- Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; selecting best solution; following up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and document potential service issues and incidents of customer dissatisfaction and refers it to line manager.
- Perform a range of data input functions on relevant systems in accordance with work Procedures, in coordination with the Sr. Retail Agents.
- Contributes to team effort by assisting in accomplishing team target.
- Promote company services and ensure own target is achieved.
University DegreeAt least one year of experience in CS, Retail and/or Operations.Excellent Communication skills.
