Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.4+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment.Proficiency in industrial engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, MS Office).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies is a plus.Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
