- Monitor market trends, analyze industry data, and identify opportunities for business growth and product development.
- Oversee the creation and execution of compelling travel packages and itineraries for individual and group travelers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and ethical business practices.
- Monitor and ensure smooth execution of tours and travel programs.
- Manage booking systems, payments, and client records efficiently.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 7 years of experience in the tourism industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.Strong knowledge of the local and international tourism market, industry trends, and customer preferences.Proven track record of successfully managing teams, achieving business targets, and driving revenue growth.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesAwareness of ticketing via Amadeus system Basic & Advanced minimum 5 yearsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and team members.Proficiency in travel management software, online booking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English
