General factory Manager
We are a Polish company from the fruit freeze-drying segment, that started their sister production company in Egypt. We are looking for a General Manager who will become head of our Egyptian operations.
The project's first step is building the factory in Ismailia, parallelly organising local structures. This step will last approximately one year.
The second step is organising the production, logistics, supplies and daily operation of the factory etc.
This is a kind of startup project requiring experience in different fields. On the other hand, this is also the opportunity to be in the project from day one in the high-tech enterprise.
The perfect candidate is a person with experience in industrial food production, especially using industrial refrigeration systems, who also has some experience in Business administration.
