- Assist in collecting and analyzing supply chain data to help identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement like ( No.of GST / goods return to WHS)
- Support inventory management efforts by monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, procurement, to support day-to-day operations.
- Create reports for management to use to make critical decisions Such level of consumption
- Assist in preparing reports for supply chain performance, including consumption, Stock age, P.O over allowance, Analysis undesignated Stock.
- Analysis monthly Stock age with the team and record it.
- Analysis the returned Material from the production to WHS and to be reported.
- Perform and maintain full cost analysis for GST and determine the root cause for it along with the CAP (corrective action Plan) on how to prevent it for Future
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
- Back-up Supply Chain (Purchasing and Planning) related roles when needed
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve data completeness and accuracy (Specially IE) for false consumption
- Work cross functionally with other teams to gather data and prepare required output
- Report any issues or concerns that arise through daily work to the Purchasing Manager / Supply Chain Director
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, inventory levels, and logistics data.
