What do we expect from you:
Key responsibilities:
- Implement the recruitment and selection policy.
- Execute recruitment and selection process from screening, intervening, following up technical interviews, and candidates’ job offering within the approved budget and manning schedule.
- Discuss the candidate’s company benefits and career opportunities.
- Assist and update manpower Plan and exit plans of the concerned projects and Factory departments.
- Develop and update recruitment tracking reports.
- Develop Turnover Reports.
- updates the organizational structure of all company projects and departments.
- Assists in Developing and updating job profiles for all existing employees and all factory future vacancies.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide related analysis.
- Provide monthly manpower plan and recruitment reports.
- Execute training assessment needs at each year's end and submit the required data to the HR supervisor.
- Distribute the performance appraisal forms and ensure the collection is done before deadlines.
What do you need to perform your role:To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:Education and experience:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field3+ Years of experience in hiring blue collars and white collars Skills and knowledge:Know how to conduct interviewsCan work on the ZK attendance management systemWorking on Visio (Workflow, Departmental Chart, and Organization Chart)Distribute the performance appraisal forms and ensure the collection is done before the deadlinesKnowledge of Human Resources management is a mustVery Good Command in Arabic & English languagesStrong organizational and communication skills
