Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing market data, and overseeing content creation. The Marketing Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure the alignment and integration of marketing eGorts and will play a key role in enhancing our brand image and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and oGline channels across all geographies. For both vendors recruitment and customer acquisition.

• Content Creation: Oversee the consistent creation of high-quality content, including copy, graphics, videos, and other marketing materials. Ensure consistency with brand messaging and voice.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use analytics tools to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring eGicient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing eGorts.

• Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

• Public Relations / Government relations: Ensure a consistent flow of public relations activities online and oGline ensuring proper representation with key stakeholders including governments in Egypt and abroad.

• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation through eGective marketing and communication strategies.

• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in marketing practices.


Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).• Proven experience in managing marketing budgets.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems).• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Experience with content creation and brand management.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
