Overall Job Purpose

The Senior Civil Engineer should lead, monitor and improve the Technicians performance. participate and be fully aware of the preventive and corrective maintenance annual plan, monitor and coordinate the work between contractor, consultant and BU. Prepare drawing, specification and review invoices, follow up maintenance work.

Execution of Civil functions

• Lead and monitor the team for optimized performance in a time manner.
• Participate in the annual preventative and corrective plan.
• Prepare drawings, specifications and assays for small businesses and business renovations sites.
• Work, coordinate and monitor the work between the contractor in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
• Convert the business owner’s requirements to concept design, prepare BOQ and get the approval.
• Prepare of tender documents and the assessment of tenders.
• Prepare the presentation documents for the F.M. project and explain the various stages of the job to the client.
• Prepare preventative maintenance plan for showroom & service centers.
• Manage & follow up all inhouse renovation tasks.
• Manage and monitor civil inhouse staff utilization.
• Prepare the quantity strategic stock for the civil work.

Job Requirements

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Required Industry Experience 5-7 years of experience
• Excellent skills of dealing with engineering programs
• Very good command of English
• Knowledge of RCC structure codes and standards
• Project management and Facility Maintenance background is an asset
