In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user data to identify growth opportunities, optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support key growth initiatives. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze user data to uncover growth opportunities and trends.
• Develop and execute A/B tests to enhance conversion rates and optimize user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, commercial, sales, product, and engineering teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track and report key performance metrics.
• Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and analyze potential bottlenecks or barriers to growth, providing strategic solutions.
• Develop predictive models to forecast growth and identify potential areas of improvement.
• Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure the accuracy of data pipelines and reporting tools.
• Stay updated with the latest growth analytics trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies.
• Support product teams by offering data insights to refine and improve user experiences.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• 2-3 years of experience in growth analytics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics).
• In-depth understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and compelling way.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
