- Prepare and review QA/QC standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Prepare, review QA/QC documents, and ensure the validity of all QA/QC documents.
- Practice and ensure compliance with the Quality System.
- Practice and ensure the QC team practices good laboratory practice (GLP) and good manufacture process (GMP) in the QC lab.
- Approve/Reject within a specification product release.
- Knowledge in ISO management.
Bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry department is a must) with at least 6 years of experience.Proven experience in quality control/quality assurance, preferably within the [insulation systems] industry.Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with quality inspection equipment and techniques.Familiarity with statistical analysis software and other industry-relevant tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Certification in Quality Control (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.IndustryBuilding Materials
