Supervision of Workshop operations
- Accountable for the overall productivity of the technical staff (engineers, and technicians)
- Monitor, control, and improves service performance
- Control the consumption of spare parts and consumables in the workshop
- Accountable for the workshop equipment and tools, and ensure proper preventive maintenance procedures are in place
- Accountable for implementing health and safety procedures and guidelines in the workshop
- Provide the Service Center Manager with data and support as needed for workshop operations improvement (efficiency, resourcing, etc.)
- Tracks key KPIs for the workshop operations, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement.
- Meet manufacturers performance and operational guidelines
- Carries out vehicle repair and maintenance work according to predetermined technical, quality, and safety standards, and as advised by the Service Manager.
- Explains technical service operations to technicians and engineers their work.
- Responsible for effective, efficient cost, time and quality repair work.
- Works closely with service advisors to understand and adhere to required service details.
- Reports to the Supervisor any vehicle defect not been identified as part of the allocated job card.
- Responsible for issuing parts orders required for repair.
- Responsible for adhering to health and safety procedures

• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.

• Provides input on the design of training and development programs for service engineers and technicians in the workshop
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Automotive.Required Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Automotive Sales and Managerial roles.Technological Requirements: Solid experience in Automotive and MS OfficeLanguage Requirements: Excellent command of English
