Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

• Manage and supervise the on-site installation teams.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Ensure that all team members follow safety standards and procedures.

Technical Supervision:

• Oversee the installation of aluminium doors, windows, and related systems.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of aluminium products and installation processes.
• Resolve any on-site technical issues and ensure timely troubleshooting.

Project Management:

• Liaise with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per design specifications.
• Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring minimal wastage.

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Ensure the installation meets industry quality standards and is compliant with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure any deficiencies are rectified immediately.

Safety Management:

• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
• Ensure proper use of protective equipment and adherence to safety regulations by all workers.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of work progress, issues, and completed tasks.
• Prepare regular reports on site activities, work status, and any deviations from the original plan.
• Report any accidents or incidents and manage on-site safety investigations if needed.
