Site Management:

• Monitor work progress, ensuring compliance with project schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.

Quality Control & Safety:

• Inspect and ensure the quality of installations, checking for adherence to design specifications, standards, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring that all activities comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on the installation of aluminium systems, ensuring proper assembly and fixing.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and engineering plans to ensure accuracy during execution.
• Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting installation challenges on-site.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and design teams to address any modifications or issues.
• Liaise with project managers to report on site activities, progress, and any deviations from the plan.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on work progress, resource allocation, and any issues encountered.

Material Management:

• Oversee the delivery and storage of materials on-site, ensuring they meet project specifications.
• Track and manage inventory levels to avoid delays due to material shortages.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure that all work complies with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
