1-Oversee daily production activities to meet production goals and ensure product quality.
2-Develop and execute production plans, optimizing resource use and meeting delivery schedules.
3-Monitor production metrics and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
4-Maintain and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
5-Enforce safety standards and protocols, creating a safe work environment for all team members.
6-Work closely with logistics, quality control, and maintenance teams to support overall production objectives.
7-Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
8-Manage inventory levels of production materials and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
9-Generate and review production reports, tracking performance and addressing any issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.2-At least 5 years of experience in production engineering, ideally within the food manufacturing sector.3-In-depth understanding of production processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control.4-Proficient in production management software and ERP systems.5-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.6--Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.7-Knowledge of safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.
