Governance:

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders in governance initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of governance practices.

Risk Management:

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Implement risk management tools and methodologies.

Compliance:

  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Assess and enhance compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct compliance audits and prepare reports on findings.

Training and Awareness:

  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on GRC-related topics.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the organization.

Reporting:

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and the board regarding GRC activities and status.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of GRC initiatives and improvements.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Preferably 8 years of experience in GRC consulting or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in GRC software and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
