Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices.
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Proficient in estimation and quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, or similar).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
