Recruitment Specialist

Duties:

1. Ability to Create and Continuously Update a Candidate Pool.

2.Ability to leverage social media and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.

3. Skill in crafting compelling job descriptions and advertisements.

4. Expertise in resume screening and candidate shortlisting.

5. Administering pre-employment assessments (e.g., personality tests, skills assessments).

6. Analyzing candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

7. Efficiently managing multiple requisitions and candidates.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

9. Working According to Performance Management Systems and KPIs.

10. Identifying the ideal candidate profile, including skills, experience, and cultural fit.


Qualifications:-Bachelor degree.-Preferred HR post graduate certificate.-SAP user.-fluent in English.-Negotiation skills.-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment: Handling high- volume recruitment.-At least 5 years experience in recruitment.-Excellent user of Microsoft package (word- excel - power point ).Location: preferred from 10th of Ramadan city region or near areas.
