1) The overall development, performance and maintenance of the factory's activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, production, quality, service and profitability for the organization.
2) Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes. Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order. Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues
3) Oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facility.
4) Responsible for all quality controls, Health and safety procedures and guidelines.
5) You'll be responsible for handling all day to day activities.
6)Responsible for production plans, maintenance schedules and all other production plans.
7)Manage all work force plans and admin needs.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any relevant field.Proven record of management skills.Excellent leadership skills
