- Act as a single point of interface between IT and the different business lines for digital projects.
- Lead the solution implementation technical aspects.
- Experience with running digital projects.
- Experience with local and international regulations related to the digital domain
- Analyze business requirements and elaborate opportunity/feasibility study to IT / Business stakeholders.
- Participate in building business case and RFP (Request for Proposal Process) cycle.
- Enhance the BRD (users’ requirement document) .
- Generate feasibility study for the project includes the possible solutions, cost/benefit analysis for each solution.
- Coordinate with the Project Managers / PMO to report status and issue escalation & resolution for all order book items and operational matters for the significant part of a Business line.
- They will be expected to exercise initiative in overcoming obstacles to success.
- They will be expected to adopt a flexible approach in terms of working hours.
- Work with product & technical owners and other subject matter experts to define user stories to build new functionality.
- Manage cross – functional teams to drive technical analysis, design , development and testing
- Cross- Functional coordination: Align and coordinate efforts across multiple departments..
A bachelor’s degree in engineering and software development related fields is required.Software Engineering background with system/ architectural design experience.Experience with digital and payment solutionsBanking experience is a must.Development experience is a plus.Experience in Database scriptingExperience in Troubleshooting.Experience in API/IntegrationExperience in managing User acceptance testingExperience with agile development.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in same field.
