- Achieve the monthly target.
- Support the Branch Manager in the preparation of realistic sales targets for the branch as required.
- Maximize profitable sales, and achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives established by and agreed upon with the Branch Manager.
- Prepare required sales activity reports and statistics in a timely and accurate manner.
- Open new sales channels by doing daily visits out to banks & sub-dealers, attending & participating in the seasonable exhibitions like clubs, malls …. etc. & the regular annual exhibitions like Automech & formula.
- Handle the sales deals (data entry of the customers – follow-up on the documentary cycle & the required orders – follow-up on financial process – follow-up with other department on a weekly basis)
- Ensure courteous, professional support to walk-in customers “Six steps” and other branch visitors, answer their inquiries on product features and options, and make every effort to meet their needs and to secure a sale.
- Participate actively in the management of complaints filed by associated customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sell and promote the company’s services like Drive, Insurance, trade-in and service programs.
