Job Purpose:
To represent to potential customers Mantrac as the sole authorized dealer for Caterpillar in Egypt and operate in a sales capacity and strategically promote Caterpillar products.
Job Description:
- Selling parts to all fax-in, email-in, call-in, and walk-in customers.
- Ascertaining part numbers; inspecting worn, damaged, or defective parts to determine customer needs.
- Discussing features and benefits of alternative solutions (repair options) and offering those solutions to the customer (General Duty/REMAN/Yellow Mark).
- Advising customers on additional related parts (gaskets/seals/hardware).
- Maintaining accurate customer and equipment information in the CRM.
- Keeping customers informed of new parts and services available, as well as dealer merchandising programs.
- Guiding customers on part substitutions when replacements are not available.
- Supporting Product Support Field Sales/Inside Sales/Machine Sales/Service Force.
- Participating in and completing training as required and/or available.
- Providing comprehensive on-the-job training for CSR, TSR, and ISR newcomers.
- Assisting the team with special parts pricing offers and providing competitive solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.Excellent in English, both written and spoken.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong time management skills.
