Role Description

The Finishing Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring that all project completion goals and specifications meet quality expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil, Engineering.
• Mastery of project management software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Must have a solid 3- 5 years of experience in Interior Finishing of Villas or Units in a reputable home design
• Supervise the daily work for routine for the assigned sites
• Making sure of the planning the next step for each project
• Communicate with the contractors & daily check of work progress and quality
• Make sure the correct implementation of work in each part of the finishing process
• He/She will be responsible for accepting all works done by the sub-contractors & assuring follow up and accepted the work done before their final approval.
• Prepare weekly workflow for all sites & the assignment of the sub-contractors.
• Will Apply penalties on not delivering the work on time & make sure of the availability of the of materials and purchase orders per site / client.
• Will be revising all the technical documents assigned to each site vs as built & furniture plan and 3D Design.
• Will make sure each technical document is the reflection of the site actual status.
• Owning a good Car is a Must for the candidate to be able to follow up on sites.
• Make sure the projects assigned is going on the correct time plan
