Application Management Senior Specialist

  • Monitor and maintain the performance of key business applications.
  • Ensure continuous availability and reliability of applications to support business operations.
  • Perform routine checks, backups, and system health assessments.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by users and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
  • Assist in planning, testing, and implementing application upgrades and patches.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide end-user support for application-related issues.
  • Offer training and guidance on best practices for using enterprise applications.
  • Create and update user guides, FAQs, and documentation.
  • Work with third-party vendors for application-related support and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and manage vendor performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.2+ years of experience in application support , IT operations, or related roles.Experience with enterprise application management (e.g., ERP(Oracle),Robotics, Jupiter or custom business systems).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.Strong Knowledge with  database management, scripting, and system integrations is a plus(SQL,Oracle and PL-SQL).Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
