· Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
· Ensure that the team understands the goals and objectives of each Scrum event and follows the defined processes.
· Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
· Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives.
· Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and track progress
· Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
· Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-maintained product backlog.
· Facilitate communication between the team and the Product Owner to ensure alignment on priorities.
· Advocate for and reinforce agile principles and values within the team and the organization.
· B.Sc. of Computer science / Engineering· 8+ years of experience in software with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master· Experience with Agile techniques· Strong communication skills· E-payment & banking working experience is a plus.
