Scope of work:

Supervising & implementing all work related to maintenance department in terms of examining the company's production equipment and machines to ensure their safety and suitability for work and performing the necessary preventive maintenance to verify the condition of faulty mechanical equipment and identify the possible causes of faults and repair them.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and machines

Identify faults and perform the necessary repairs to ensure the efficient operation of the equipment

Analyze technical data and information related to mechanical equipment and machines, providing the necessary technical solutions

Design and develop preventive and corrective maintenance systems and update them periodically

Prepare technical and statistical reports related to maintenance work and analyze data related to performance and efficiency

Manage inventory and materials needed for maintenance and repair work and update the technical database

Develop training programs for new technicians and engineers and update their technical knowledge related to mechanical equipment and machines

Work closely with the electrical and electronic maintenance team to improve work coordination and ensure high efficiency in maintenance and repair operations

Analyze technical data related to mechanical operations, identify weak points, and develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans

Identify parts and materials required for maintenance and repair and arrange for their provision

Complete documentation of work and submitting the necessary technical reports to management

Administrative duties:

Follow up on mechanical maintenance team, including engineers, department heads, and technicians, and evaluate their performance

Inspect the company's production equipment and machinery to ensure their safety and readiness, and perform the necessary preventive maintenance

Check the conditions of defective or malfunctioning mechanical equipment and identify the possible causes of malfunctions and repair them

Implement the necessary preventive measures to maintain the safety of workers and equipment

Coordinate and communicate with other maintenance teams in the company to ensure smooth implementation of maintenance and repair operations
