Implement modifications and upgrades to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to optimize production efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment inspections, repairs, and modifications.
Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and downtime.
Ensure all maintenance documentation is up to date and compliant with industry standards.
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations related to mechanical maintenance activities.
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Promote a safe working environment by providing training and guidance to maintenance personnel.
Manage the inventory of spare parts and ensure critical components are readily available.
Coordinate with procurement to order parts and materials as needed.
Track usage of spare parts and optimize inventory levels to reduce costs
