- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for MEP systems, utilising CAD software and other design tools to communicate design intent and facilitate construction.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs, resolve design conflicts, and optimize space utilisation.
- Conduct performance evaluations, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering, participating in professional development activities and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, addressing technical queries, facilitating approvals, and ensuring successful project execution from conception to completion.
