- Welcome prospective students/applicants to the university.
- Collecting the students’ files and reviewing them. collecting their files, and reviewing them.
- Respond to daily student inquiries, directing student queries to the relevant departments, and following up on responses to ensure prompt feedback.
- Participate in university advertising campaigns and organizing various events and activities.
- Monitor the progress of exams, inspecting all exam committees, and distributing attendance and absence sheets to the committees.
- Issue any student-specific documents (enrollment proof, status statement, graduation certificate, etc.).
- Communicate with faculty members and academic office to resolve academic issues faced by students.
- Responsible for the custody of purchasing needs for the study branches.
- Organize all seminars, events, and workshops held at the educational branch.
- Assist in organizing student events and activities within the study branches.
- Occasionally may Supervise students during external camps.
- Occasionally may supervise for students in external tournaments affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues.
- Offer assistance to accounting department to provide manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Manage equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed.
Bachelor’s degree.1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or customer service, preferably in an educational institution.Very good Microsoft office knowledge.Very good command in English.Knowledge of public relations principles and the ability to communicate and persuade.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to multi task.Presentable.
