Job Description
Include the following & Other duties may be assigned as required:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages.
- Send and receive faxes and distribute them on concerned parties.
- Provide information to callers.
- Greet customers entering organization.
- Deal with customers' queries whether on the phone or in person.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare correspondences and internal documents and memos.
- Schedule appointments.
- Perform basic filing, and clerical duties.
Skills Required: Age not less than 25 3+ years previous experience in a similar post. Good of spoken and written English. Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment. Presentable.Qualifications needed: University degree.Good knowledge of using Microsoft Word & Excel. Good typing skills in both Arabic and English.
