Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Director. The Account Director will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing strategic account plans, leading account teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 4 Years of experience in BTL agency
- Strong experience in account management, business development, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
