We are seeking to hire a result-oriented "Finance Manager " for a Medical Supplies Factory in Egypt. in (10th of Ramadan)
Job Role Description
- Manage all financial matters of the factory, including preparing budgets and financial reports.
- Monitor and analyze costs and look for opportunities to improve them.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Supervise the accounting and finance team.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy.
- Responsible for (Budgeting- Financial Forecasting- Managing Credit- Inventory Ratio- Financial Analysis- Minimize Cost- Profit Planning- Tax Planning)
- Work with the production team to ensure operational efficiency and improve profitability.
- Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports to provide valuable information to senior management.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: (month and end-year process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger, payroll and utility treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs fixed asset activity debt activity).
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.Very good to Excellent English LevelMinimum of 5 years to 7 years of experience in similar job role.Excellent financial analysis and accounting skills.Broad knowledge of financial laws and regulations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent leadership skills and commitmentAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in the manufacturing industry & preferably medical supplies.Knowledge of financial information systems.Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA
