Supervise and mentor a team of inside sales representatives.
Set department targets, monitor performance, and guide professional development.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and target markets for expansion.
- Customer and Partner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners as well.
Address customer inquiries, qualify the needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and report on sales performance.
Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Job Requirements- (5) years of previous working experience in Inside Sales, being an Inside Sales Manager is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the inside sales process, preferably within the engineering or technology industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent command of the English language: speaking, reading, and writing.
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
