Construction 407 is looking to hire a Finishing/Decorations Engineer with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural engineering, Fine arts, or Applied arts.
- Two years of Experience in a similar role.
- Residency in Cairo is a must.
As per the capacity of this role, you are expected to fulfill the following tasks:
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
- Monitoring progress of the project & overseeing operations.
- Making sure project deliverables meet the deadlines.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
- Managing relationships with project consultants.
- Suggesting process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
