Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA, QC Specialist "WOOD" at El Soadaa Group. the Specialist will be Ensure all wood products manufactured meet the quality standards and clients’ requirements, this requires testing the raw materials and the finished product ensure identifying the defects and recommend corrective plan.

Qualifications

- Experience in the same role not less than 3 years.

- Wooden Industry Background.

- Bachelor of Engineering or any related field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key accountabilities

1-Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.

2-Perform various tests, such as moisture content, strength, and durability tests on wood products to ensure the compliance of the products with the quality standards.

3-Implement quality control procedures and standards for all stages of production and recommend corrective actions for any defect.

4-Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements by conducting the regular tests.

5-Identify, document, and analyze defects or quality issues in products and generate detailed reports on quality findings and recommend corrective actions.

6-Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials provided by suppliers to ensure their compliance with the quality standards required.
