Role Description

  • Building and Engaging Online Communities: You will be responsible for creating and nurturing online communities for clients, engaging with their followers, and fostering meaningful interactions.


  • Managing Social Media Accounts: You will be in charge of handling and optimizing clients' social media accounts across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. This includes creating and scheduling content, managing post moderation, and ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic.


  • Developing Social Media Strategies: You will work closely with clients to develop effective social media strategies aligned with their marketing goals. This involves understanding their target audience, competitor analysis, content planning, and implementing growth tactics.


  • Monitoring and Analyzing Social Media Metrics: You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions. Analyzing this data will help you measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.


  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial. You will act as the main point of contact, handling client inquiries, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.


  • Staying Up-to-Date with Social Media Trends: You must keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and algorithm changes on social media platforms. This will enable you to leverage new features and strategies to maximize the effectiveness of clients' social media presence.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management and/or client relationship management, preferably in a luxury goods, event planning, or advertising agency
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing and growing client accounts, including developing strategic plans and conducting business reviews
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and CRM tools
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
