- BIM Modeling: Develop, manage, and coordinate 3D models for electromechanical systems using Revit and other BIM software. Ensure that electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems are accurately represented and integrated.
- Design Integration: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate electromechanical systems into the overall project model. Resolve any design conflicts and ensure cohesive coordination between systems.
- Technical Documentation: Produce and maintain detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for electromechanical systems. Ensure that all documentation meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Clash Detection: Perform clash detection using BIM tools to identify and resolve conflicts between electromechanical systems and other building components. Implement solutions to prevent issues during construction.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electromechanical engineering with a strong focus on BIM, particularly using Revit. Experience with additional BIM tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software is advantageous.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit for electromechanical systems modeling, with a comprehensive understanding of BIM workflows and principles. Familiarity with other BIM software is a plus.Knowledge: Solid understanding of electromechanical systems design, engineering principles, and construction practices.
