Summary:
We are seeking a Chemist with 3-7 years of experience in electroplating to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving electroplating processes, and ensuring the quality of products meets established standards.
Responsibilities:
Process Development and Improvement:
Design and test different chemical formulations for electroplating.
Optimize electroplating processes to achieve maximum efficiency and quality.
Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct chemical and physical tests to evaluate plating performance.
Analyze data and prepare technical reports for management.
Technical Problem Solving:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to electroplating processes.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure smooth operation of systems.
Quality Control:
Ensure all finished products meet specified standards.
Perform regular reviews of processes and procedures to ensure continuous quality.
Environmental and Safety Compliance:
Ensure all plating processes adhere to environmental and safety standards.
Develop and implement safety procedures and training.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineers and designers.
Provide technical guidance and training to new employees.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.Master’s degree or additional certifications in industrial chemistry is a plus. Experience:3-7 years of practical experience in electroplating or a related field. Technical Skills:Deep knowledge of electroplating processes and related technologies.Ability to perform chemical analyses and accurately interpret results. Personal Skills:Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical reports clearly. Additional Skills:Familiarity with plating lab tools and techniques.Experience with quality measurement and analysis tools.
